Yes, all of our cleaning staff undergo thorough training before they start working with us. They are also fully insured, providing you with peace of mind when hiring our services.

Our cleaning teams are equipped with their own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific cleaning products you would like us to use or if you have allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance, and we will accommodate your needs.

Booking and payments

You can book a cleaning service by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and help you choose the most suitable service for your needs.

We accept various payment methods, including BACS bank transfers and secure card payments through Stripe's payment gateway. Payments should be made at least a day before the cleaning session. We also accept cash payments directly to our cleaning staff before the start of the cleaning session.

We do not require a deposit for booking a cleaning session. However, payments via BACS and credit card should be made at least a day prior to the cleaning session.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning time or failure to provide access to our team as previously arranged will result in a £50 cancellation fee.

Safety and satisfaction

We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Our cleaning staff undergo background checks and comprehensive training to ensure they provide high-quality services. We also maintain open communication with our clients to address any concerns or issues promptly. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
